　　TDW-250A采用无拉杆开合模结构，销锁配合小油缸驱动，将1200KN锁模力均匀作用于模具表面，避免传统拉杆结构易产生的局部应力集中，有效减少飞边，提升产品边缘及合缝处的成型质量。
 

　　The TDW-250A extrusion blow molding machines features a tie-bar-less clamping structure with pin-lock and small-cylinder actuation, distributing 1,200 KN of clamping force evenly across the mold surface—eliminating the localized stress concentration common in traditional tie-bar designs, minimizing flash, and improving edge and parting-line finish.

　　这份信任，是从第一批设备进厂开始的。期间也经历过波折，但同大机械的回应，让每一次波折都成了信任加深的契机。
 

　　This trust started with the very first machine. There were hiccups along the way, but TONGDA's response turned every challenge into a reason for deeper trust.
 

　　第一批设备投产后，实际生产周期与出厂调试周期有差距。客户对设备和工艺尚不熟悉，遇到问题第一时间找同大机械。当地办事处当天就派人到了现场，后续销售服务部、研发中心的技术力量也陆续加入，团队直接驻扎在客户工厂，反复验证、逐项排查。
 

　　After the initial machines went into production, the actual cycle time deviated from the commissioning target. The customer was still unfamiliar with the equipment and process—and whenever issues arose, they called TONGDA. The local office dispatched engineers the same day, followed by technical support from the sales service department and R&D center. The team stayed on-site at the customer's factory, running tests, monitoring parameters, and troubleshooting step by step.
 

　　很快找到问题所在——模具冷却效率。同大机械并没有停留在单一环节的调整，而是梳理了整个冷却链路，从设备管路到模具水路，逐段优化，最终给出了一套兼顾设备与模具适配的系统性解决方案。
 

　　The root cause was quickly traced to mold cooling efficiency. TONGDA didn't just tweak one component—we reviewed the entire cooling chain, from machine piping to mold water circuits, optimizing each segment until we delivered a comprehensive solution that aligned equipment performance with mold requirements.
 

　　问题解决了，信任也扎下了根。从那以后，客户几乎每年都有复购，设备一批批进场，产线一点点扩大。单笔10台的大订单有过两次，更多是三五台的持续补充——每一次下单，都是对设备表现和售后服务的一次认可。
 

　　The problem was solved—and trust took root.From that point on, the customer has placed repeat orders every single year. Machines arrived batch by batch; production lines grew step by step. There were two large orders of 10 units each, with more smaller 3-to-5 unit orders in between. Every order is a vote of confidence in the equipment's performance and the service behind it.
